- Steering the competence centre:
- Building and following-up dashboard
- Animating monitoring committees
- Following up the daily actions of the competence centre:
- Management of existing systems
- Project and experimentation management (POCs): drawing up feasibility studies, or design dossiers (technical and financial), collecting experience feedbacks, etc..
- Technical engineering and architecture (technical studies, architecture recommendations, and test reports)
- Contract implementation (purchasing strategy, drafting of tender documents, tender analysis)
